Davis & Hessel Tax Services is part of Heroic Solutions Inc.   Our business began in 1994 when two friends established David Miller, CPA & Associates Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio. It’s been a long and successful partnership, full of pride for the entrepreneurs they supported and the businesses that grew. 

• 1994 – David Miller, CPA & Associates established
• 1996 – Name change to Miller & Hessel CPA 
• 1998 – Purchased B&H Tax Services in Rocky River, OH 
• 2000 – Mr. Hessel purchased Mr. Miller’s shares, and the name was changed to Hessel Solutions Inc.
• 2005 – Tax practice sold 
• 2010 – Fractional CFO services started for emerging businesses and private equity firms
• 2022 – Merged with Davis & Davis Tax Services in Berea, KY, and established Davis & Hessel Tax Services
• 2022 – Launched HeroicLaunch.com as a grant service to help entrepreneurs start their businesses on a solid foundation, including modern technology, planning, measuring, and reporting
